A higher area of mixed forest lies directly north . The low area has been filled for a driveway at the west end of the community. There are cut trees, tires and other trash there. The vegetation resumes for 50-100 ft. west of the driveway, but this area seems drier and is mowed around.;The vegetation is typically homogeneous except for the scattered Typha latifolia and the band of Eupatorium fistulosum along the drainage ditch to the north side of the community under the powerline. A power line passes over the community and cut trees are around. The area is possibly irregularly flooded by Bull Creek or a back up of the Ohio.
Representativeness
The plot is very representative. A few Cephalanthus occidentalis shrubs and Alnus serrulata are not included.
